Full Event Package: Forest bathing, Painting Landscapes, Sound Bath & Lunch, June 13, 2026, 10:30 am- 5:00pm The full package includes forest bathing meditation exercises (NO bathing involved) around the hiking trails on the RootWise property. Forest Bathing led by Pat Sauer is known in Japan as shinrin-yoku, is a mindful practice of spending time outdoors in a forest. Laurie Hoifeldt will lead a delightful session on painting landscapes. The day ends with a sound bath led by RuthAnn O'Brien Hadish.
